Greenman is right though, because you can copy and paste somebody else's Facebook status as well as sms/memos/other stuff using Friendcaster, just not the official Facebook app.
Does anyone know what the OP is actually wanting to do? LOL
As far as I can make out, Friendcaster gets round all the limitations of the official application regarding copying and pasting.
If that is not what the OP was asking for.....then what is the problem?
They wanted to be able to copy somebody else's status into their own status which we know the official Facebook app doesn't allow. The problem was that the original person didn't know so asked (not a problem) and it has now been confirmed that there is an alternative, Friendcaster, that will do the job nicely. So, no problem. Nobody said there was a problem, it was a question that got answered.

Relax, Alison.
A task you cannot carry out is a problem.
If the OP reads this link then a workaround is available.
Problem solved I hope you will agree.![]()
I'm perfectly relaxed, was merely trying to clarify what the op was asking in the first place.

I understood what they were asking, you didn't, no rules to say I can't attempt to clarify things. You don't have to put me down for making the effort, uncalled for.Originally Posted by greenman:60324
