You have to remember that this Rom, although ICS it comes from the Galaxy Nexus and it's going to be different to the ICS from Samsung.
There's no Task manager or My Files. Some Google apps will also have to be downloaded from the play store, no big deal.

i have it all working nice now but i have a question maybe someone can answer.
before doing this i created a fresh backup via CWM of my ICS 4.0.3 setup.
i know have a backup also of my F1 Nexus setup on CWM.
My question is, could i just change between them by flashing the relevant back up?

You should be able to. Can't see any reason why not. Hope your enjoying the F1 GalaxyNexus Rom.

it is good, could do with incorporating the memo pad though and also the blocked numbers list, doesn't seem to have either of these.

It wont have those as they are Samsung items. This is a Galaxy Nexus rom ported to the S II.

If you want the toggle switches in the notification bar see the update I have done in my first post about this rom.

No idea what the blocked numbers list is you're referring to but you can download a memo from the Play Store if you need it.

Most of what is missing from this can probably be found, or a similar app found in the Play Store, no big deal there.
