Camera Problem in SGS2

I Bought my galaxy s2 in july 2011 ,I was very happy when i used it,but after just one month my happiness became my sadness because it was doing problem ,Wifi stopped working,then i went to samsung service center and they replaced PCB of my phone for this,then it was ok.Now its camera have problem.Camera not able to focus,it is capturing blurred videos continuously,then i went to lajpat nagar2 ,delhi,India,service center they were not able to repair my phone rather they were not able to upgrde my OS.Now iam very much frustrated.I spent 30000 Rs not for running to service center,I am very much angry with samsung .I want new SET,Please arrange new set or I will take some hard action or shud i go to consumer court.My phone's IMEI no.- 358150045233773 and my phone no.-9873216336

We are not Samsung, so no matter how pissed off you are shouting at us won't help.

Sorry to hear of your problems, but as RichH says we are a support group but have no other link to Samsung.

It does appear that you have a bad phone and can only suggest that you take it back under warranty and ask for a replacement - not a repair.

Another piece of advice would be to remove both your IMEI number and telephone number as this is a public forum and could be used by unscrupulous people.
