I was wondering why nobody has ever mentioned Dalvik Turbo here. I saw that it can speed up your phone by 3x!!

Seems to be only available to developers to integrate into their software.
What is available through Google Play is Tegrak Overclock that I use on my S2.
No noticeable battery use and definitely increases the speed.

You can open it with Winzip
