Over the Horizon? More like round the bend!

My SGS II has, on occasion, randomly played the 'Over the Horizon' ringtone while it's being charged. As I don't have this tone set to anything, why does it do it? Any help would be much appreciated as it's driving me round the bend...
On a positive note, ICS seems to have cured the dreaded voice echo when someone is calling me. My father-in-law even thought we had a crossed line, until I told the silly sod that it was his voice he could hear...

Are you sure it's not associated with any notification you receive?
Does anything appear in the notification bar when you hear it?
Not aware of being able to link the tune to your charging e.g to inform you that your phone is fully charged, although some have reported that the phone vibrates so may be possible.

Not associated with anything as far as I'm aware. In fact, if you google the problem, it has caused problems for others before, although there doesn't appear to be a solid fix/reason, which is why I thought I'd start a thread here too. If I'm correct, it was doing it before and after I installed ICS.
