Bought Galaxy Tab and SGS-II as package from AT&T. Downloaded several free APPs from Google Market/Play. Two days later, S-II sent out random e-mails with no subject line to many of my contacts in MSN e-mail contact list. Home computer and Galaxy Tab were both off when this occured, so convinced it happened from S-II. Called AT&T - they blamed Samsung. Called Samsung - they blamed Google (Samsung Tech rep said same thing happened to her that same morning). Tried to call Google - automated recall tool promised to call me back five different times - never got a call.
Here is copy/paste of e-mail with hyperlink disabled:

So - is this a known problem? Is this a new breakout of 2010 Spam virus from Japan?
Interim fix - deleted all e-mail accounts and free apps from S-II. Sent e-mail appology to all affected contacts.
Better Fix - installed McAfee All Access protection - ran scan and discovered 5 APPS that were causing bogus use of contact list (they were all free games - got what I paid for - :-(
Not sure if any of these APPs was the culprit....
Recommendations? Fixes?
