Galaxy S 3 the rumors

So from the latest video we can see that the specs of the alleged S3 are

4.6-inch 1280x720 Super AMOLED display
1.4GHz quad-core processor
1GB RAM
16GB with Card slot
8MP rear camera
16GB built-in storage, microSD card slot
NFC
2,050mAh battery
Android 4.0

Alot of people would be disappointed with these spces but what would you have to make it more appealing?

actually i think the specs is too much.

Screen would probably be 960x480
Dual Core with higher hertz
the rest seems ok

BUT we don't know Samsung may surprise or disappoint us..
