Hey, I found one but it's 2.3.3.
I9100XWKE7 ## 2.3.3 - Direct Download
The Kies icon was not highlighted, I'm not sure why but it looks like this was the last CPW GB firmware.
CPW have announced that they do not modify firmware and supply (mainly) unlocked phones.
Additionally, any previous firmware is not going to be installed via Kies, but a programme like Odin.
On this basis, my recommendation is to look at any GB firmware that you like or see good reviews about.
You may want one that is country or region specific, but even that isn't important, but may offer you a baseband version more suited to your network.
Taking all that I have said into account, I would recommend flashing your phone using Odin and choosing a firmware from this site.

Any help on which firmware, then just ask, and give your preferred region.
what baseband shall i have on my phone with stock CPW ICS if never moderated with Odin ?? I'm asking because my phone on ICS is worthless.
Which network are you on?
I'm on orange and ICS really doesn't work at all. I had moderated gingerbread before and I think it maybe this that dont let me use ICS properly on my phone.
how can I flash (format) my phone to factory condition ?? and then from this point get ICS CPW on my phone with appropriate baseband.
Androidforums did a 'Full wipe ' guide here:

As you've already installed Orange ICS on reboot you will still have it, but should be a cleaner re install and get rid of some of your problems.
Orange ICS should have been modified by Orange to give you optimum connection to its network, but if you want an alternative, ICS CPW is available at sammobile, but why not debrand your phone by installing the XEU version?
That should also work perfectly well with the Orange network, although you may have to obtain the APN (network) settings.
