The problem was with my APN settings. I changed these to match my other working phone (also on the same network) and haven't had any issues since

I didn't like ICS so i went back GB 2.3.5 BUT now i can't get the internet on WIFI, only on 3G. I used ODIN it went quite well but the WIFI Internet was the same as ICS three bars with a question mark in the middle ,which was the whole reason for me changing back to GB. Have you any ideas thanks

    Some problems I've noticed:

Sometimes my text message "ringtone" stops sounding.
Sometimes beautiful widgets clock, battery widget, and facebook stops updating.

A reboot fixes all these issues, is anyone else experiencing any of these?

That means the phone can see a wifi connection but you have not signed in to it, ie entered the password.

It's a numeric password usually found on the back of your router/hub.

I use the WPSPin as it's easier to remember then the wifi password, which has letters and numbers.

i think 99% of these issues could have been avoided by doing a factory reset before and after the update to ics
