Latest firmware: static ip and push notifications galaxy S2

Hello, since I updated the firmware through Kies I cannot set a static ip anymore. I can't find it in the settings!

Also, I haven't recieved any push notifications anymore, especially from whatsapp. Any suggestions?

The static IP can be found in Settings > Wifi > now select your connection and you will have a password box (if secured) and underneath two options, one of which is 'advanced'.
In there is 'static IP'

Thank you very much, I had to "forget" the network and then it showed up. Any suggestion about the other problem? The system version is 4.0.3
