i am the the same as dog man, installed ics via Odin factory reset & cach cleared. on my first charge all day, down to 42% after 8hrs, wifi not as good as before, phone response is very laggy as for the camera, so loud on taking pictures(on holiday ;-) & so slooooow between pictures, not a happy bunny so far. :-(

Regarding battery, you have to let the phone go through at least TWO cycles of charge/discharge to allow the phone to calibrate.
As for other problems it's too soon to know if that is a general problem, but sure it won't be long before the message gets out.
    I'm on Wanam's LP8 - it's a lite version of the stock LP8 samsung ROM.
So far it's speedy and stable with good battery.

    I don't have a battery issue yet!

But the phone is slower with this release. It's as if the phone has to think about opening whatever you want opened before it does it rather than the almost instant opening of apps with the previous fw.

Doesn't sound as if the long awaited XEU is up to scratch.
I've used the Polish version and found it quick and smooth.
Now on LP8 and again, quick and smooth, and so far looking kinder on battery.

    Hi

    A bit of a dilema.
When ever I plug my s2 into my pc and run kies - it says that my phone does not support upgrade via keys.
but my s2 keeps downloading the update and tries to install and fails at 11 % and tells me to use keis

which i do and so starts a circle

Phone downloads and the kies wont - but I need both to do it

    anyone have any Ideas ?

Starting to wish I stayed with my I phone

    cheers

    Ray

Being offered the update depends on which firmware you are on. What is your current firmware?
