Random Contacts Added to Phone - Virus???

My phone is randomly adding contacts to my contact list. For example, this one was added today...(Dupe I B - w/ phone number 063-885-9833). The phone is also mixing up legit phone numbers with the incorrect contact name.

Is this a virus? Any fixes anyone can suggest?

If you synch contacts from GMail, it has a habit of adding anyone you've ever emailed or has emailed you, and looking for numbers in emails and assuming they are phone numbers. For that reason, the GMail account linked to my phone is only used for contacts and calendar. I have other GMail accounts that I synch for email but they are not synched in contacts.
