The yellow triangle is to warn you and ask if you want to continue.
if you do, press volume up.

I'm on Clockwork mod (CWM) and it's a different recovery menu, but from memory he Android recovery menu has delete data/factory reset and clear cache, amongst other items.
You won't find Advanced, leading to clear battery stats as this comes with CWM.
Really sorry - you've put your phone into download mode and NOT recovery.
For Recovery you need to press and hold:
Volume up + Menu + Power until recovery screen appears.
