    Balance notifications and vibration

    Hi,
I did a google search and a search on this forum but i could not find a solution.
After i send a text i get a balance notification from O2, This notification vibrates. Is there a way to turn this vibration off (or only have it vibrate in silent mode, like i have enabled for my SMS)

    Thanks in advance

not sure but I know you can turn the balance notifications off by logging into your account and turning them off in mobile settings. If you log in on o2 site and hang around for a minute or so in contact us, normally you will get a pop up window asking if you would like to chat to an adviser. Select yes and ask them. Sorry I can't be of more help

I'm with giffgaff on the O2 network, so guess it uses the same system.
Logging in to my account there is the option to turn off balance notifications:

    Balance notifications?
Balance notifications are free messages that giffgaff will send you after each call letting you know how much credit you have remaining. Some find this a bit annoying, so you can turn them off or back on when you please.
