Firstly try using the latest version of kies software..
If that does not work could be sure to your csc code (you have changed countries).. You may need to change the csc code, change to European or Albania in your case if it exists..

    Hi! Thnx for replying......
U sent me this link ---samsunggalaxysforums.com/showthread.php/8672-Latest-Kies-But-Still-Showing-Old-Firmware?highlight=kies----I visited it and saw a comment...
I followed the steps in this comment.....

Before flashing ICS as per RichH, you may want to try and adjusting the CSC so that it shows that your are based in the UK.

Go to the dialer as if you were going to make a call and dial *#06# and this will show your IMEI number. It will be a 15 digit code. Write it down very carefully.
Now dial *#272*Your IMEI# but replace the words "Your IMEI" with the 15 digit code you just wrote down. So for example you would dial something like *#272*213245765434567#.
You will get a list of CSC's to choose from. You should select "XEU" and click install. Your phone will probably reboot now and you might need to set the keyboard type and location stuff again.

Doing the above will cause the phone to Factory Reset so backup anything you need, contacts and apps etc.
    -----------------------------------

But...look what happened...not a list of CSC's but only this.... HELP PLS!! Thnx

You don't have a multi CSC FW so you can't change it. As above, make sure the very latest version of Kies is installed then do a factory reset on your phone from recovery mode. (back up first). Then try the Kies update again....

The firmware version you currently have will always be there unless you flash new firmware. Like reseting a PC with Windows Vista, it won't reset back to Windows 3.

Carrying out a factory reset will only reset the phone's settings, accounts and apps etc. As the phone was when it came out the factory.

At times like this it is worth turning to Odin to install your new firmware (if there is any)
Just to explain, when you update with Kies you are replacing your current firmware with the update by flashing.
This can be carried out MUCH more efficiently with Odin, but you need to find the correct firmware to flash.
Can you dial *#1234# into your phone dialler and tell us results you get for Phone, PDA and CSC
