Addresses in Contact now reversed - by Android 4

I've been using the version of Android that came with my S2 for about a year.

I use Keis and it managed to copy my Contacts and Schedule from my Office 2003 on my PC and it was fine on the S2.

I upgraded to Android 4 this morning. The Schedule looks fine. The Contacts look fine apart from the fact that the Addresses read from bottom up - post code, town, street, house number.

Does anyone have any idea why and what I need to do?

    Thanks in advance.

    Tony

Did you ever get a solution to this? My partner and I both have S2s and have upgraded to Android 4. We also sync to Outlook, albeit 2010. Her contacts are being reversed although not all but mine aren't. The reversed contacts appear in Outlook after a sync but if we change them there and re-sync they appear correctly on the S2. Sometime later they get changed. She is not syncing to anything else. So we'd really like to find out what's going on.

Sounds like a cached copy is reversing the process.

    I bought Companionlink.

    http://www.companionlink.com/android/outlook/

I'd never been happy with Kies as a means of synchronising. I may still need it for S2 software upgrades but I found it too hit and miss for keeping my diary and address book up to date.

OK, Companionlink is not free, but then neither is my, or anyone's, time. In my experience it often better to lash out a few dollars/pounds for a solution that works than spend hours/days fiddling with existing software.

And DejaOffice that you'll be using on your phones is much better looking than the freebie Android equivalents that come with the S2.

    Give it a try.
