This device cannot start. (Code 10)

just updated to ICS via Kies, (O2), but now I cannot see my phone on my PC.
Getting the above error in device manager. I have re-installed the drivers twice, any ideas?

Kies is horrible software, and should be avoided at all costs.
Instead you should use Odin.
Does the same thing, as far as updating firmware, but does it a lot better.

Usual problems with any flashing software is getting your computer to recognise your phone.
This is a problem with the drivers and Device Manager on your computer.
Go into Device Manager and see if there are any yellow ! against any entries, if so right click and reinstall or remove driver and reinstall.
