Contact Problem on ICS 4.0.3

Hi all

I've encountered a problem on my S2 regarding contacts. When I do a search by entering any letter those persons who have these letter will show on my screen. The functionality in that regard is working fine however it will also show up those persons that I've marked as hidden.

For instance I unmarked for show any contacts from my sim card. However when I do a search it will show any persons with that letter including those from my sim card?

Anyone know this problem and how to fix it?

I believe this either happened when I updated the firmware to the latest. ics 4.0.3 and dunno if its a known problem?
Or it could be related to me rooting my s2.

However I did a stock firmware install but the problem still persists.

Other issues/problems with 4.0.3 I have found:
- contacts and phone are not any more one single app, i.e. you cannot switch between them using tabs. Nor you need to open contacts from the menu.
- quick search is case-sensitive for accented characters (e.g. ö)

Otherwise automatic corporate directory search is nice new feature.
