Full wipe even SD. Put all my apps and everything in. Over 75+ This firmware couldn't hack it. It lagged occassionally which I never suffered on any GB stock rom infact. All the way from the KE7 days.
ICS 4.0.3 simply isn't ready. and alot of people over on xda agrees too.

Maybe if you have no bugs and outstanding experience you could go help out over there?
I'm back on 2.3.6 right now.
Now changed to Polish LPS, and even better than LPQ.
Faster and smoother.
Don't recognise any of the above problems, except an unexpected battery drain on LPQ. Resolved under LPS.
Could you post the XDA link you have referred to.
