Maybe, but as the CSC is probably different, it would be better to follow the debrand path given in a sticky above.
Once debranded the answer is yes.

I installed it and colours of screen were like a bit more bright then stock kernel CPW. I went back to 2.3.4 CPWand just wait for original ICS....
Only "problem" I've had on Polish ICS is that the battery life seems to be slightly worse, I have less battery left after a day at university, although not enough to make me even consider going back to gingerbread. My experience here seems to be different than most users though.
Not my experience. Find the Polish ICS bug free and quick, although agree the difference in everyday use to Gingerbread is not dramatic.
Possible reason for laggy phone is that you must factory reset/clear dsta/clear cache + dalvik cache if possible when coming from Gingerbread to ICS.
I'm on the Polish one too and not had any problems with it either.

go to xda. The examples are all there. Battery charging bug- that was an obvious and embarrassing mistake on samsung's part.
Full wipe even SD. Put all my apps and everything in. Over 75+ This firmware couldn't hack it. It lagged occassionally which I never suffered on any GB stock rom infact. All the way from the KE7 days.
ICS 4.0.3 simply isn't ready. and alot of people over on xda agrees too.
Maybe if you have no bugs and outstanding experience you could go help out over there?
I'm back on 2.3.6 right now.
Oh no don't want a rom that will wipe my SD card! Disaster.
