Ha ha! Well of course I can disable the PIN. But that's not particularly secure.

I don't think you can set it to only activate pin after a set period. Unless there's an app on the market. I used to use a pin but got fed up having to keep typing it so disabled it. Nobody else gets a chance to touch my phone so not essential for me.

There's an app called Delayed Lock on the Market, sorry Google Play, that lets you delay the lock for a specified time. Which is the functionality you want.

It's 99p but as you're ex-iPhone you'll be used to paying for everything.

There may be other apps available, possibly free ones, perhaps you could investigate and share your findings.
