I have re-calibrated my battery and it is lasting longer. Run the battery down until the phone switches itself off and then recharge. Do this twice and you should see an improvement in battery life.

Also, make sure you leave phone OFF and recharge fully to 100% in one go. Do not use phone at all whilst doing this so best timed to do it overnight.

i think its best to do software update when your battery is 100% full so that the new software knows how a full battery looks like :P
i think i will update to ics tonight. kies has already picked up the update a few days ago but i don't know if i should update or not.
