[SIZE][/COLOR]i have a samsung galaxy s2 need help
i have battery problems
i will not charge
i have done a factory rest
tried using the usb cable still no response
the phone has not been dropped on gone into water
tried to update it from kies air no update
i am running on android version 2.3.4
please can someone help me!!!!

Your battery won't charge?
Take it you have tried using the following?
USB Cable to charge?
Mains Plug to charge?
If neither of these work then it could be the usb port on your device is damaged. Try using someone else's cables and chargers, if different cables don't work then it's your device.

Try removing the battery for ten minutes, put back in and try again. Happened to me once and that worked.
