If you connect the phone to your computer with the USB cable and then select "disk drive" instead of "charging only", you'll be able to access the phone's internal memory and the SD card just like any other drive on your computer. Just copy the files to the SD card. I think there are some apps (like Android Transfer) that will enable you to manage files from the phone, but I haven't needed it yet ,
