Today's questions....

1. I want to move my music off PC (itunes library) onto my phone. How do I do it? (Already downloaded Winamp....can't find a synch command.)

2. While we're at it, how do I tidy off duplicates in itunes? I used three different downloads today and got so far as to identify the duplicates, but when I hit "remove", I was told to hand over a wad of money. Any free downloads out there?

3. (Another itunes question...which I can't get an answer to online.) My son received two itunes cards for Christmas. One code is not being recognised and when he peeled off the label of the second card, the code came off with it so that he can't read it. How do I mail a real person in itunes to follow this up?

4. Have started using Swype. Any tips or advice?

5. Still looking for advice re group texts. I have all my contacts on google....there must be a way of sending a text to 60 or so at a time. (Have whatsapp....but I think i'd need all my contacts to have whatsapp too?)

6. What is Ice cream sandwich and do I need it?

7. What is rooting and do I need it?

As you can see, I am not tech savvy....so if rooting allows me to launch nuclear missiles etc, I won't need it.
