Use Beautiful Widgets which is Free on GetJar, uses AccuWeather.

I actually use Fancy Widgets (Paid on the Android Market) because I like the HTC-esque theme better, but I set up beautiful widgets on my old S before I passed it on, and it works brilliantly.

Also, I see that you are in the UK, and for us, we find that ticking the "Other geolocator" option under the advanced bit in the weather widget settings in BW helps avoid constantly having the annoyingly vague and less accurate "United Kingdom" location.
