Date & Time Stamp on Camera

    Hi Guys

Can anyone answer the following for me please.

On my HTC Desire there is a facility to put the date and time stamp on photos when you take them. It is in the setup of the camera. I can't find that facility on the Galaxy S11. Is it there or not and if so how do I access it.

    Many thanks
    Regards

Can I clarify, do you mean adding the date and time as text onto the photo?
I could be wrong, I usually am. (Because it's only a phone)

If you mean how do you get it to record the date and time the photo was taken, it does this automatically. In fact that's the default name of the photo. If you look at a photo in Gallery, press the left soft key, then More then Details, you can see.

    Hi Guys

Sorry I have been a while geting back.
Stonkr - Yes that is just what I mean.
Marshmallow - I realise that it records the date and time of the photo but as I said above, I would like to see it on the picture itself so that when I print the picture, it still shows the date and time on the picture as my old HTC Desire used to.

    regards

Try some photo apps from the market, if you've gone through all the camera settings.
