I'm probably being very thick but how do these links work?

They take me to Livid that I've installed but how do I then download the files?

Clicking on the firmware link takes me to a webpage with a tabbed area on the right and a link saying ''YOU CAN DOWNLOAD NOW".

Alternatively you could join SamMobile.com for free and download firmware from there.
I could be wrong, I usually am. (Because it's only a phone)
Sporting an SGS Classic, looking forward to my SGS Triple Eye. (Delayed or not)

Having tried a number of pre release ICS firmwares, I have not found one better than WanamLite.
Currently using his XXLP2 version and find it smooth, with good battery and fast GPS lock.
Wanam has also added the Nova Launcher to his ROM which works very well.
A version using XXLP6 is also available, but initial reports are that his version 7.6 is more stable than the current release of 7.7.

If you want to have a look at Wanam's ROM's here are the links:

    http://wanamlite.com/2012/01/21/wana...-0-3-fast-ics/

    http://wanamlite.com/2012/01/25/wana...an-ics-themed/

look in the box on the right of these sites for other links to Wanam ROMs.

    Hi all,

Uploaded this yesterday, all was good until this morning when I realised that I have no data connection?!? Wi Fi works fine (although I had authentication problems when pairing my phone to the home wirless router).

I dont really want to revert back to gingerbread, but without the data connection, the phones useless!

    Help?!

Firmware I9100XXLPB is newer firmware and reviews on the XDA forums are good. Maybe you should have used it. See the other thread in this section of the forum.

I ended up changing to the Wanamlite version, which has cured the problem!
