    really need help!!

    hello,im new. im using gt-i9003. the problem is my phone keeps rebooting himself. i have done a lot of things to solve this such as factory reset,clears data partition and all that. i have the latest firmware,2.3.6. what i have to do now? the phone condition is still the same

    Does the phone boot up pass the galaxy splash screen? Or does it reboot randomnly once the phone is running?

    It reboots while the phone is running.when rebooting, Sometimes,it just keeps showing the samsung startup screen over and over again. Sorry for the bad english.

    You will need to flash new firmware to your phone which should resolve the problem. You can find firmware for your specific model phone @ SamMobile.com

    Not too sure, if flashing new firmware hasn't worked then you may need to send your phone off for repair.

    Did you try flashing new firmware or the same old firmware?
    What exactly were you doing before this happened?
