Help Please Bluetooth Headset Distortion

Hi all im new to the forum and this is only my 2nd post so go easy on me
I have also done a search of the forums and didn’t find any answers so here goes
I have the SGS 2 and I have just bought the Samsung wep 570 bluetooth headset thinking get the same brand as the phone and I will have no problems , well I was wrong.
The problem im having is the Bluetooth connects fine to the phone but when I make or receive an call the sound is very badly distorted, if I turn off the headset so it disconnects then switch back on again its fine for the duration of that call, when that call ends and I get or make anther call the distortion starts all over again
I have tried the headset on 2 other phones (not sgs2) and it works fine on them, also when it is connected and I play music stored on the phone the sound still comes out of the phone ext speaker and not the headset
Whilst searching the forum I found an old post of someone with similar problem to mine but no solution was posted so I have started a new post
