i got my galaxy s2 yesterday. it was workig fine when i got it. i didint root /unlock it. now when i touch on the "phone" icon on home page it takes me to the "contacts" . so i can`t dial numbers. i can`t get calls or dial codes unless they are saved on contacts? what can i do for it?

Go through manul and try to customised it as per your requirment. You will be able to dial numbers.

So you are saying: at the top of the screen when you have opened the phone icon, it doesnt show (from left to right) -

keypad
logs
contacts
favourites
groups

and because of that you cant choose the keypad option and dial a number?

It seems you are also saying you cant receive any calls because of this, am i right?

There are 5 icons in the phone app,but only room for 4.... slide the top of the screen from right to left and you will see keypad.
