2 BIG camera problems (at least for me)

Hi!I bought a Samsung Galaxy S II a month ago and i noticed 2 bugs (i hope not faults).
The first bug is the notorious PINK SPOT.Even after 2 firmware upgrades,it`s still there.
The second bug and the most annoying is the FPS DROP.In low light conditions (and i mean inside or night),when autofocusing,the fps drop dramatically,like in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WkQE_62Ee6Y).Again,after 2 firmware upgrades,it`s still there.
I really don`t know what to do.I searched various websites and forums and the only "solution" i found is for the pink spot [the solution is updating to KE7,but my version is KJ4 (the latest in my country and above KE7)],but still no luck with that.
So i`m asking someone to help me solve those 2 bugs!

P.S. :My Android Version is 2.3.5.And i don`t want to hear "set the exposure value to -2" (this is not a solution)

It's the only real solution until someone modifies the camera app to not autofocus as often or at all. Can't help with the pink spot, I've never seen it, without manually trying different firmwares I don't know what you can do. I don't see it on KI4 2.3.5.
