    Phone Switches Itself Off

    Hi,
I'm fairly new to the S2 but have pretty much got things running as i want, but for some reason lately, the phone has taken to switching itself off randomly. Has anyone else had this problem and what may be the cause?
    Cheers
    Andy

Have you checked any recently installed/updated apps (Freezing them, uninstalling).

Have you updated your phone lately.

    Have you dropped it.

Maybe the firmware has just corrupted it's self. Try:

    > Clearing caches.

    > Factory reset

    > Install new firmware

Yes, I have been experiencing this ever since I upgraded my S2 to XWKI4. Haven't had time to figure out why it resets itself.

I've neither dropped it or installed and new apps recently but will go through the options you suggest and give it a try
    Thanks for the advice
