Finally got tired of doing things "Apple's Way" and after many comments from converts, decided to give the Android a try. I've had the phone since Thursday night and I'm having a few issues....
1 - Hate the mapping system vs I-Phone. Seems slow and not as user friendly in navigating. Any other options?
2 - When I receive photos, the phone is reading them as videos. Even "plays" them for about 10 secs. Can't zoom in on them like on I-Phone.
3 - Now, my camera seems broken. It's black. No, haven't dropped it or even banged it. Front facing camera is fine, it's the regular rear one that's black.
4 - Can't simply press and save photos on Facebook like I did on I-Phone.
5 - I have a few friends who use the emoticons app on I-phone. Despite downloading the Android version, I can't see their smileys anymore. Plus, on the Android they display as codes (Like) as opposed to the animated faces, photos.
6 - Hate the typewriter... using android. Haven't tried Samsung or the other Something with S.... Swipe? Damn spacebar is too small and have to hit letters high in order to hit right one. Anyway to calibrate or customize?
I really wanna like this phone, but damn.... So, do I have a funky phone or are these issues usual with them? BTW, I have AT&T. Thanks.... I can't believe I'm thinking of switching after not even a week.
