    SD card problems ?

I bought a 16GB card from a company on ebay and it seemed ok (supposedly uses samsung chips) I transfered a few apps using app2sd and all was well for a couple of weeks then they all showed up ghosted and stated not installed on phone ,on checking the storage on the phone it showed no sd storage ? I sent it back and another one was sent out ,this has done exactly the same is it me or dodgy cards ? any help mucho appreciated

Could be dodgy cards, you should try a different source and see if their cards also give you trouble.

If you have repeated problems with the phone recognising sd cards then there's a possibility that the SD Card slot on the phone could be damaged.

Did you format the cards before using them?

Don't know if that would make a difference or not but some cards I have bought have said to format first.

You had better test your SD card first.
I bought 32 GB class 10 Micro SDHC memory card from Bay too. On capacity test it was just 2 GB (1.98 GB precisely) capacity, class 2 (1.89 MBps writing speed). Luckily we got eBay Buyer protection so I returned the card and got full refund.
