We may see ICS on our devices....its coming for Nexus S.....so you know what that means.....probably gonna come for ours too :-D WHOOP WHOOP!!!!

That's right! They promised that ICS will be available for every premium smartphone, and also I consider our good ol' SGS a premium one...

I think at least a custom ROM for SGS based on ICS will come out in no time.

...And finally (?) the system font of ICS (ROBOTO): Via Android Police again. To change it for the new default font is a bit tricky, but the guide is on the AP site too.

Roboto is a crisp and clear font, very good, I think. Here's my screen with Roboto:

SGS II users can get ICS on their i9100 device via a MIUI rom which apparently runs nearly twice as fast as the stock roms.

In case nobody else has mentioned just yet, Vodafone and Samsung are currently testing ICS 4.0.3 for the SGSII so hopefully they will roll out an update soon.
