Thanks theTimo, just uninstalled old music player and put the new one. Like the looks of the new one, not sure if it's because the old one never changed.
Hopefully ICS will be a breath of fresh air for Android.

Edit: Couple of notes regarding The ICS Music Player:

1) You will have to be rooted in order to uninstall the music player.
2) The new Music Player does not have any options.....I mean really, no options.

I do really like this new Music Player even if it is the Beta version. Besides the general look, the scrolling through the menus is much better. When you view in landscape and scroll through the albums, the images appear smoothly too.

Right, there is absolutely zero options for the Music Player. Not equalizer, no nothing... Disappointed.

...And finally (?) the system font of ICS (ROBOTO): Via Android Police again. To change it for the new default font is a bit tricky, but the guide is on the AP site too.

Roboto is a crisp and clear font, very good, I think. Here's my screen with Roboto:
