Connect Samsung to Laptop to use Internet - Help ?

Hi

I have just bought a new Samsung Galaxy S2. I am unable to use the phones 3G services in my flat as there is no service or a very poor mobile phone service. I thought I could connect the phone to my laptop which is wired into broadband and use that. Any ideas on how to that ? The laptop is connected to a wired broadband service, there is no router.

Easiest way is to probably get a wireless dongle for the laptop and make it a wifi access point.

many thanks - I have now come across www.connectify.me and it works. Not sure on the stability or speed as yet.

If you already have wifi and are using Windows 7 you can set up and ad hoc network in there somewhere, no need for a 3rd party app.
