Flashed with VillainRom 3.0...what now?

I flashed the above rom the other day and have to say the battery life has extended beyond what I expected.

Since i'm new android, I'd like to know what can be done next in relation to trying out new theme's and tweaks?

I've titanium pro bought as well which i understand can allow the freezen of stock apps on the phone to increase power. Can anyone give me a few apps that I should freeze and also which ones not to go near?

There's a thread (by Briggs I think) that has what apps are good to freeze or remove. As for themes I haven't got a clue, just read threads from the devs post to find out what themes other people have tried. Or go to the devs forum if they have one

What do you think of this rom? I keep on bugging them for a VillainRom for thr original SGS....but no luck so far.
