E Mails disapear

Hi

Can anyone help?

I have the Galaxy S11 and I have a talktalk e mail account, I receive my e mails to the phone but they stay on the phone for a while then they just delete theirselves after a day or two ! I have it sync for a month but not even sync it they disapear can anyone help please?

If I remember rightly, if you're downloading your email to a computer as well, they will auto delete from the phone.

They do go to a computer as well, but they delete of the phone as and when not just when I open them on computer. This can be frustrating especially if someone sends me a e mail to use on the road and then it disapears even before its been open on the computer.

This did not happen when i had an i phone can you stop them auto deleting ?

I can't help you then, the only thing I can think of is do you leave your computer on? If I leave mine on and outlook express running in the background, then the same thing happens but never had them randomly delete.
