Install Certificate for s/mime support on exchange account

Somebody install without problem the Certificate?

When I try to install The certificate from my work that of course work properly in the office machine and from my house with owa, i export in pfx format put in the phone without problem, but when i try to install from setting\account and sync\account settings\security options\email certificate

bring me the error Certificate does not match email address

Any Idea?
