It's getting real annoying to have the Keyboard app seemingly default to a Chinese keyboard while I'm typing. At one point I thought I had removed it when I removed the data for it in the running apps screen but obviously that was not to way to do it.

I think that there is probably better keyboard apps out there anyway so I assume I should install one of them. Then having done that, is it possible to uninstall this Chinese KB?
