    [Q] samsung galaxy s 2 problem

today when i was speaking on the phone the phone shut down and opened up it stoped at the pin code i had to enter pin. this happened a few times.

2 times when i was speaking i could not hear what the other side was saying i had to close and open phone again

sometimes the phone gets stuck and i have to close it and re-open.

sometimes touch screen does not work.

Does anybody else have these problems?
What do i have to do to solve it?

    Have you updated the firmware?

First I would clear cache and do a factory reset from the recovery menu, then see if the problem persists.

Update firmware to the latest stable version.

factory reset will wipe your phone so make sure you backup anything thats not on you SD card your phone's settings etc will go back to what was there when you bought it so might cure any glitches you have.

To do all this you need to get into phone recovery. Turn your phone off. Press and hold: Vol+, Home buttons. Then While they are still pressed press and hold the power button. Then release the power button after a couple of seconds, then release the rest of them after that

You should then see a menu (Or your phone just boots up, then you need to turn off the phone and try again)

Use the volume buttons to go up and down and/or use the home/power buttons to select.

First select clear cache, then select factory reset
