Help me with this useless piece of tatt please

I bought the phone
i downloaded kies
i took some photos
i took some videos
i cannot play my videos in anything except kies
i dont like this kies
i took it off my pc
nothing plays my videos
i cannot even upload a video to youtube
nothing
its a piece of gash
in the 2 months ive had the phone my children have grown up 2 months
i have no videos of them
well i do, but only playable on ,,,,,,,kies????????

Can you transfer the videos to the PC and try and play them in Media Player or something ?

Thats what I am unable to do, the video files will not play in anything except KIES, they wont work with windows media player, IE9, windows movie maker, windows live movie maker
