Have you checked the volume setting for incoming calls under sound settings.

yes.... but still the same problem. I tries all possible ways but no hope.... something is off and i coulndn't figure it out...

When I try the settings/motion/turn over tutorial, a message says, "Attn: incoming calls ring" and if i said ok, it rings and again when i call and check, no ring.... so i guess something is switched off... it is really annoying when the basic thing is not working.... i always miss the calls and use to call them back

Do your other notification tones work ok? Have you checked to see if the ringer has been muted or put on silent

i get all alet sounds, message sounds, alarm, except for the call alerts. Today I found that, i get the sounds perfectly working when i receive a call from unknown number. I tried deleting my home landline number and it rang... when i added the contact back, it stopped ringing. I think i should speak with the service center people.... going there in jus a week after getting phone is jus fucking

I know it can be frustrating when you can't get something working/sorted out, but there is NO need for the bad language.
