Have you checked the volume setting for incoming calls under sound settings.

yes.... but still the same problem. I tries all possible ways but no hope.... something is off and i coulndn't figure it out...
When I try the settings/motion/turn over tutorial, a message says, "Attn: incoming calls ring" and if i said ok, it rings and again when i call and check, no ring.... so i guess something is switched off... it is really annoying when the basic thing is not working.... i always miss the calls and use to call them back![]()
Do your other notification tones work ok? Have you checked to see if the ringer has been muted or put on silent

i get all alet sounds, message sounds, alarm, except for the call alerts. Today I found that, i get the sounds perfectly working when i receive a call from unknown number. I tried deleting my home landline number and it rang... when i added the contact back, it stopped ringing. I think i should speak with the service center people.... going there in jus a week after getting phone is jus fucking![]()
I know it can be frustrating when you can't get something working/sorted out, but there is NO need for the bad language.
