    bricked my phone ... help plz ...

    i updated with kies to 2.2.3
    but then i wanted to root my phone again using odin ... thats where it wented wrong ...
    i did what it said in the tutorial but odin was on for 30min or more and nothing was happening
    so i close odin and unplug the usb cable
    i take out my battery and restart my phone but it showed the phone and pc connection with an ! in the middle so i assumed its bricked ...
    cause i panic i try flashing an other rom on it ... fecito's rom ...
    everythings going fine with and phone reboots but its stuck on the galaxy s screen ...
    and says something like "convert data repartition, factory comparation ..."

    now im totally lost ... i hope someone here can help me out

    That would be Voodoo doing it's thing. It's converting parts of your storage to EXT4 and that takes a few minutes.

    Just let it run it's course and your phone will start when it's ready.
    I could be wrong, I usually am. (Because it's only a phone)

    u were right, goots already told me to do that so i waited and finally it turned back on
    but still i dont get what wented wrong with the rooting of 2.3.3 stock
    also i have no id how to turn of the lagfix ... for if i wanna change back to another rom ...
    could anyone explain me plz

    Start your phone in recovery mode.

    Vol up + home key + power. Release power when screen turns on, release vol up + home key when a text list appears.

    Use vol up and down to scroll, power to select.

    The lagfix is called Voodoo, just disable it, also check the system lagfix is off too.

    Then reboot. It'll take a few minutes while it converts and then will start normally.

    Go back into recovery to confirm it's off and you're ready to flash again.

    There's a Voodoo control app from the market but I don't completely trust it.

    1) Try using adb (Android Debug Bridge) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=502010
    2) Make a USB jig
    3) Buy a USB jig (From ebay ect ect)
