    Can't send or recieve MMS

    Hello,

Due to an issue with my phone not charging I've just had it back from being repaired and it's been wiped clean. Just as before pictures messages say "sending" and remain so for about 2 days before coming back as "failed". When I recieve such messages it says "downloading" or a blank screen appears.

    Has anyone else had this?

    Thanks,
    Mark.

Have you tried going to your network operator's website and looking for MMS settings? They'll usually text you to enable them.

Apologies if you've already tried that...

Is you're 3G switched on ? If not give it a try because thats the only way I can either send or recieve a MMS. Orange MMS settings are here http://setuporange.wdsglobal.com/mms
-you have to enter them manually for galaxy.

Hmm, it says "sending" and isn't instant this time. The top bar says G and then goes to 3G but the arrows are not lit up, just in grey.

Could it be a network prob? Can u get 3G ok in a different area or using a different app? I am on orange too and get alot of local reception problems for both data and voice-usually cured by having to switch from GSM/WCDMA auto , in Network Mode, to GSM only.I then get a much better signal buts its soooo slowwwwww....
