    Touch to set camera exposure?

On my iPhone the default camera app uses the touch to focus feature to also set the exposure. It seems not to be the case on the Galaxy and the only way to change the exposure is to point the camera elsewhere (I tried the 3 different exposure settings also). Is there any kind of 'touch to set the exposure' feature in the default or 3rd party app?

I am a "point and shoot" snapper, so I don't know what you're looking for. But there is a setting called "Exposure value" which enables you to slide the thingy between -2.0 and +2.0. You can dock the exposure value button on the left / top bar of the camera (touch the left menu button to bring up the Edit Shortcuts options and drag the icon to an empty box in the shortcut toolbar)
