    Microwaved Ear ???

Back in the olden days, phones gave off all sorts of nastyness, cooking ears from the inside out and popping popcorn ....
I’ve not had such an issue in years. But my “wonderful” SGSII is giving me the same sensations as I felt all those years ago and the headaches are back !
I returned the first SGSII unit, thinking there was an issue with the shielding, but the second one is the same. It’s not a volume issue, not is it the heat generated from the phone and I don’t have any problems with my Jawbone earpiece.
I’m prepared to work through other issues I have with Android, but if I can use the SGSII “as a phone” then there’s no point.
Does anyone have any suggestions or has had similar problems ? Or should I just wrap myself back up in cotton wool and retreat back into my plastic bubble ?!?!?
    Cheers

I haven't had this issue on this phone, but I've had it with past phones. I try not to make regular or long calls on mobile phones these days. Apparently the govt is now re looking at evidence about whether it causes cancers.

If this happened to me I don't think I would notice With the Radio Equipment I had to use in the past I'm surprised I haven't got two heads and muttering "Must Kill Moe, Wee, Must Kill Moe, Wee"

Lol Doomed, not forgetting the cell masts, pylons, cigarette smoke (if you're a smoker), car fumes and thousands if other things that can cause cancer and other illnesses. Lol.
