    Galaxy Tab S t705

Hi, I have the titled tablet and I am wondering if it is possible to turn off the Timeline view in My Files.? Would prefer it if it just displayed the files rather than showing everything you have done. Cheers.

Guessing this isn't possible? Anyway, I have another problem...
I upgraded from the Tab 3 t210 to the Tab S t705 and I'm having an issue with my sd cards.. I had a Samsung 32gb Evo HC in my tab 3 for about 2 years with no issues, transferred it over to my Tab S and it somehow got corrupted and died.Thinking it might be an age thing or somehow my fault, I purchased a new Samsung 64gb Pro XC. Put this new card in my Tab S, formatted it, moved some music and games from the internal storage to the sd card when I get a message saying the external memory is full, (850mb used of 60gb!). The new card then crashed and I lost everything ...Tried reformatting with my Tab and laptop to no avail. I've read online about similar issues and people saying hardware problem's. Anyone had similar issues with this tablet? I've also read that Samsung sd cards have a 10 year warranty so looking into getting replacement's. Just don't want to put in another card if I'm only going to kill it!

Hopefully it was a genuine card and not one of the dodgy rip offs being sold on Amazon?

Not good but hopefully not common either. I've had a Samsung 32gb card since I had my S3 about 5 years ago and still working fine.

Hope not, becoming expensive buying sd cards...! Anyone know of faults/issues with sd card slots? Could it be hardware?

I think I would be suspicious of a hardware fault too so might be worth getting Samsung to look at the Tab to be safe?

A friend of mine had a the galaxy tab S 10.5 and that was forever giving an error of SD card is corrupt, she eventually sent it to Samsung and they replaced the SD card slot, it was fine for a few weeks and then it started doing it again. This time they replaced the Tab S with a new one and that did the same thing after a few weeks. She bought new SD cards and they would work okay for a while and then the error would start all over again.

So yes send it to Samsung.
